Redawn is a business name my mom coined. It is a combination of my maiden name Redubla and the initials of my name and my siblings.
As a name in itself, I would like to mean as a dawning of something new and something good. A new beginning. A new tomorrow.
2. What are the services we provide?
Redawn provides Wedding Coordination Services, Debut Coordination Services and other Event management solutions.
3. What is OTD or On-the-Day Coordination?
On-the-Day Coordination or OTD is the most practical bridal coordination service for the bride who has the time and patience to plan a wedding from booking a venue to canvassing for souvenirs. However, on the wedding day itself, a team of wedding professionals will take over the coordinating so the bride can enjoy her once-a-lifetime event.
4. What is Half-Way or Partial Coordination?
Half-Way or Partial Coordination is an option for a bride who has already started the wedding planning, such as booking the venue. For this service, a bride can turn over the planning to her wedding coordinator even though she has not booked all of her suppliers yet. The coordinator will pick up where the bride left off.
5. What is Full Coordination?
Full Coordination is the classic wedding coordination service where, upon engagement, the bride contacts a wedding planner to start the ball rolling. The wedding planner is there to help the engaged couple choose the date, choose a color motif, conceptualize a theme and so on and so forth.
6. Which coordination service fits my needs?
To determine which coordination service fits your needs, you must contact a wedding planner right away.
Things to take into considerations are location of the bride or groom (where are they based?), location of the wedding (is the bride and groom based at the location of the wedding), occupation of the bride and groom, when is the wedding date, size of the wedding party, relatives who can assist the couple, etc.
7. How long has Redawn been in business?
Redawn started with weddings in 2007 upon the request of a friend who has getting married. It was destiny. The rest is history.
8. How many coordinators in your team?
The number of coordinators vary according to the number of guests. The head coordinator determines if more coordinators are necessary or upon request of the bride. It also varies according to the coordination package. Please see Services for details.
9. What is a Bride's Assistant?
A Bride’s Assistant, which is included in our coordination packages, is someone who will be with the bride from the hotel, to the church and to the reception. Making sure our bride is well taken-cared of.
The Bride’s Assistant also becomes the point of contact of the Head Coordinator.
We have received great reviews for our Bride’s Assistant because her role is quite essential in keeping the Bride at her best on her big day.
10. Who is the Head Coordinator?
Ness Mangubat is the Head Coordinator. She is present in every wedding booked.
11. ARE YOU FULL TIME?
At this time, Ness is Full Time with wedding planning. She does not hold any other position aside from being a wife and a mom.
12. DO YOU MAINLY DO WEDDINGS?
At the present time, Redawn is primarily doing weddings. But we are also available for other events such as birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events.
13. DO YOU HAVE SUPPLIERS THAT YOU CAN RECOMMEND?
Yes, we do. We recommend suppliers that we have worked with previously.
14. DO YOU WORK WITH YOUR OWN SUPPLIERS? OR DO YOU WORK WITH THE CLIENT'S CHOSEN SUPPLIERS?
We can recommend good wedding suppliers but we will not force-feed them on you. The client should always have the option of choosing their suppliers.

For On-the-Day Coordination, we always have to work with the Client's chosen suppliers.
15. DO YOU ACCEPT OUT OF TOWN WEDDINGS?
Of course, we do. We love out-of-town weddings. We do not charge an arm and a leg for out of town fee because we enjoy it.
The farthest we have been to was a wedding in Mindoro.

17. WOULD THE DOWN PAYMENT ENSURE THE RATE OF THE PACKAGE IS LOCKED AND NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Yes, as soon as we receive your down payment, your wedding date is booked and the rate on the contract will not change.
18. HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU COORDINATE IN A MONTH?
It really depends. Usually, 4 weddings in a month.
19. DO YOU ACCEPT CHECK PAYMENTS?
For the initial payment and succeeding payments, we accept check. For the balance on the wedding day itself, we only accept cash. This is typical for most suppliers.
20. DO YOU JOIN BRIDAL FAIRS?
Yes, we do. Just not regularly because sometimes a wedding fair falls on a weekend that we have a wedding booked. We, especially the head coordinator, like to be at the bridal fair and not just a representative.
